If you are unhappy with the services of a certain counselor, you can undertake a session with another counselor at Psychicare. Unreasonable reasons for compensatory counseling will not be entertained.
In the case of any emergency at the counselor’s end or cancelation of a session due to unavoidable reasons, Psychicare will offer a compensatory session with another counselor.
